Taste New Zealand with Cherie Agnew
Join our resident Kiwi, Cherie Agnew, as she shares some of her favourites from her home shores, the exciting vinous country of New Zealand.
The New Zealand wine industry is young, energetic and best known for its vibrant, fresh and fruity Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. However there is a wide range of regions and grape varieties within New Zealand that we are excited to share with you at West London Wine School. Join us to explore wines from tropical Waiheke Island, sun drenched Hawkes Bay, cool climate Central Otago, coastal Waipara and world renowned Marlborough.
We will be sampling a variety of beautiful wines including regional variations of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, elegant aromatics including Pinot Gris and Riesling, creamy Chardonnay, structured Bordeaux blends and show stopping Pinot Noir.

SPECIAL GUEST - the tasting will be joined by winemaker Tim Lightborne from Invivo Wines who will show 3-4 additional wines - so a tasting of 10/11 wines in total - fantastic!
This is an excellent opportunity to taste some delicious wonderful wines from Cherie's home country (no doubt she'll get homesick!) with some wonderful personal touches such as pictures and anecdotes. Great fun!
