French Wine Scholar - Champagne Evening
Our French Wine Scholar (FWS) evenings are in-depth tastings on all the key regions and lesser-known regions of France. The FWS study and certification program is geared for members of the wine trade and avid French wine enthusiasts. We are offering the opportunity to attend single evening sessions of our French Wine Scholar course - perfect for those who want to experience an evening of the course before committing to the full course or for anyone who wants to learn more about a specific region in France.

It is the benchmark in the world of sparkling wine and is one of the world’s most precious, stylized wine products; its production process merits serious study. This highly-engaging ession provides detailed information on the Champagne’s climate, grapes and viticultural practices. It explores the region’s geology, topography and soils. You’ll learn Champagne from the ground up and in-depth!
